Lisa's friendly voice will welcome you to Virginia Center for Family Relations. She is understanding that your going through difficulties and have a lot of questions about coming to counseling. She wants to make sure all your questions are answered. She is available at our Charlottesville office Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. She wants to assist in getting the intake information started and helping you connecting with the right counselor. She is the primary person that schedules appointments for our Charlottesville office and the one you need to talk with when an appointment needs to be changed.

Holly's smile will greet you at both the Charlottesville office and the Staunton office. She is eager to make sure all of your questions are addressed to your satisfaction so everything goes smoothly. Holly has had many years of experience with the administrative and billing part of the counseling profession. She's the one that can answer complicated questions related to billing and insurance. She will help you get connected with the best counselor for your needs and arrange your scheduled appointments.
She is available in Charlottesville Monday, Wednesday and Friday and she is in the Staunton office Tuesday and Thursday. The Staunton office number is 540 885-3481 and the Charlottesville number is 434 973-5640.
